Shipping Rates
Our shipping & handling costs are a associated with the weight of order and its destination. Shipping costs is estimated prior to checkout. Orders are generally processed in 1-2 business days depending on when they are received. Shipping options provide expected delivery times of anywhere between 1-7 business days. Keep in mind that these time frames are estimates based on order processing and shipping, and international orders will of course extend delivery times. If your order is urgent or if you need to confirm the date an item will be shipped please email your inquiry.
Economy shipping on orders over $75.00 applies to orders within the continental U.S.
Returns:
All returns must be authorized in advance. SweetCombChicago accepts returns on unopened, unused products for 30 days after the order is received. To receive an authorization, please contact us with your name, order number and the reason for the return, and we will email you return instructions.
If the product being returned has been used or opened, please be detailed when you give the reason for the return. We will try to accommodate return requests, but we reserve the right to deny returns on opened and used products, especially those that have been sent back without authorization in advance. The customer must cover the cost of return shipping for all returns that are not the result of errors by SweetCombChicago.
